We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a fresher-friendly role for candidates interested in marketing, growth, operations, analytics, and campaign management.
You will work closely with the team on marketing campaigns, social media execution, reporting, lead management, and day-to-day growth activities. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and tracking
• Support social media posting and content coordination
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and campaign data
• Track leads, responses, and marketing performance metrics
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Help improve operational workflows and marketing processes
• Support ad-hoc growth and business operations tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and online tools
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
• Available for onsite work in Gurgaon
Preferred
• Internship/project experience in marketing, operations, analytics, or business roles
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Notion, or AI tools is a plus
