Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Growth & Marketing Associate who can own our brand voice and drive growth across digital channels. This role requires someone who understands B2B SaaS marketing, can craft compelling narratives, and also engage directly with potential clients through demos and follow-ups. If you are passionate about storytelling, growth, and closing the loop from marketing to conversion, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Brand Strategy
Develop and maintain REPLACI’s brand voice across all communication channels.
Create compelling messaging for website, sales decks, email campaigns, and product positioning.
Ensure consistency in communication across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.
Drive inbound and outbound marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads.
Optimize content and campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Content Creation
Create high-quality content including social media posts, blogs, case studies, and ad copies.
Collaborate with design and product teams to produce visually engaging content.
Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.
Either collaborate with external marketing agencies to identify and leverage competitor content trends, or independently research and create content aligned with those trends.
Outreach, Demos & Conversions
Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Conduct product demos for potential clients and clearly communicate REPLACI’s value proposition.
Handle follow-up calls and emails with leads to nurture and convert them into customers.
Take first-hand experience from outreach and demo interactions to build and refine a structured sales pipeline that can be effectively handed over and scaled by the sales team.
Personalize communication for different customer segments (retailers, enterprises).
Track and improve campaign and conversion performance using analytics tools.
Requirements
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or growth roles (preferably in SaaS or tech).
Skills:
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Experience with social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram).
Comfortable with client-facing interactions including demos and sales conversations.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
Basic knowledge of performance marketing and analytics tools.
