Role
Work directly with founders to drive growth, community, and GTM. This is a high-ownership, 0→1 role with direct business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, outbound, email)
- Drive community-led growth (Reddit, LinkedIn; engage on #devops, #kubernetes, #cloud)
- Build and refine ICP, identify decision-makers, support outbound
- Organize curated roundtables with DevOps & engineering leaders
- Lead influencer marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube collaborations)
- Create content (posts, blogs, case studies, landing pages)
- Support GTM, sales collateral, and funnel optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years in growth / B2B SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with AI or cloud technologies is an advantage
- Strong in performance + community + influencer marketing
- Comfortable engaging with technical audiences (DevOps/cloud)
- High ownership, fast execution, strong communication
- Bonus: SaaS / Kubernetes / DevOps experience
