Growth Marketing Executive — Guwahati (On-site)
Mad Genius is a heritage clothing brand based in Northeast India, specialising in hand-woven and hand-embroidered clothing. Founded in 2025, we are a direct-to-consumer brand working with weavers and artisans across all eight Northeastern states to bring heritage craftsmanship to modern wardrobes. We are a small, founder-led team building a brand that bridges tradition and contemporary design.
We're hiring a hands-on marketer to own our brand presence and drive growth across content + campaigns.
What you'll do
> Produce & Ideate marketing assets (Hooks, Angles, Audience, Relevant Trends)
> Build creatives, copy, and campaigns
> Support socials, ads, and performance marketing initiatives
> Analyse, build repository of latest ad changes, do competitor marketing analysis
> Analyse data of performance marketing
> Manage freelancer gigs for creation of Assets
> Manage Marketing stakeholders communication [e.g. PR partnerships, etc.]
You should have
> Understanding of Modern Marketing fundamentals (audience, messaging, funnels)
> Good Communication skills are required
> Intermediate laptop skills (Canva/CapCut/basic editing tools)
> Based in Guwahati
