Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ABM execution: define target account lists in coordination with sales, build account-specific campaigns, track engagement signals, and influence pipeline at the account level.
- Build and manage Trademo's lifecycle email program, including onboarding sequences, nurture flows tied to firmographic signals, and re-engagement campaigns
- Own Trademo's events calendar end to end: webinars, trade shows, and industry roundtables, from logistics and speaker coordination to post-event follow-up sequences that convert attendance into pipeline.
- Run structured growth experiments across channels and programs; document learnings, kill what does not move the needle, and scale what does.
- Own the marketing tech stack including email platform, CRM integration, and ABM tooling; maintain clean data hygiene and lead scoring logic.
- Build and manage weekly and monthly reporting dashboards tracking MQLs, pipeline influenced, email performance, account engagement, and event ROI.
- Own the lead handoff process between marketing and sales, ensuring clear qualification criteria and consistent follow-through.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS, data, or intelligence products
- Hands-on with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, and comfortable working within a CRM
- Familiar with ABM principles and at least one approach to account-level targeting, whether tool-driven or LinkedIn-native
- Strong with data: can build a reporting dashboard, interpret funnel metrics, and make channel decisions based on numbers
- Good writer who can draft email copy, event landing pages, and account-specific messaging independently
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment and does not need perfect clarity to start executing
