Summary: Growth Marketing Analyst
The Growth Marketing Analyst supports OIA Global’s marketing-led demand and lead generation strategy by focusing on ICP research, buyer journey mapping, lifecycle management, campaign targeting, and data quality. This role enables scalable, data-driven growth by ensuring campaigns are supported with accurate segmentation, clean CRM data, effective lead warming workflows, and measurable outcomes across regions, vertical markets, and product lines. This is an analytical role within the Global Marketing function focused on improving lead quality and funnel performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Targeting
- Conduct ICP-based account and contact research across regions, vertical markets, and product lines.
- Build and maintain high-quality target account and lead lists to support campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
- Enrich lead and account data with relevant firmographic and role-based information.
- Campaign & Demand Generation Support
- Prepare and manage lead lists for digital campaigns, gated content, webinars, paid social, and events.
- Map and document buyer journeys across awareness, consideration, and decision stages, aligning targeting and segmentation to defined buyer personas and lifecycle stages.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and vertical-focused targeting initiatives.
- Assist with audience segmentation for paid digital campaigns, including LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
- Ensure marketing-led lead generation efforts are scalable and repeatable.
- Lifecycle & Lead Management
- Support lifecycle stage management and lead progression based on engagement and defined qualification criteria.
- Assist in maintaining lead warming and nurture workflows to improve sales readiness.
- In certain campaigns, serve as the initial marketing point of contact for inbound or event-generated leads before sales handoff.
- CRM & Data Management
- Upload, manage, and maintain lead and account data within HubSpot.
- Apply consistent lead source, campaign, and lifecycle stage tagging.
- Support ongoing data hygiene efforts, including deduplication and accuracy checks.
- Performance & Reporting Support
- Assist with tracking and summarizing campaign performance.
- Support reporting on marketing-sourced lead volume and funnel progression.
- Monitor stage movement trends and identify bottlenecks or targeting gaps.
- Flag opportunities for optimization based on engagement and data insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing team members to support campaign execution and lifecycle strategy.
- Collaborate with commercial strategy to ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff.
- Prepare marketing-qualified leads for sales engagement with complete, accurate data.
- Provide targeting insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, research, or growth-related roles
- Experience supporting B2B marketing or lead generation initiatives preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and lifecycle stages
- Ability to analyze campaign data and identify improvement opportunities
- Proficient in Excel for basic data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
