We're Hiring: Growth & Beta Acquisition Lead to Launch an AI Product in Germany's Real Estate Market

🛠️ What You'll Own
Beta Partner Pipeline (40%)
→ Run 10-15 personalized LinkedIn DMs per week to German real estate professionals using existing scripts
→ Manage inbound waitlist responses – qualify, segment, route to CEO for calls
→ Prepare detailed call briefs & structured follow-ups for every CEO discovery call
→ Own the weekly pipeline review: outreach sent, responses, calls booked, conversion rates
Content & Marketing Execution (30%)
→ Draft 3 LinkedIn posts per week in German & English – CEO reviews and publishes
→ Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily for German content, research & outreach personalization
→ Build and run email nurture sequences via MailerLite (agent + property manager tracks, both in German)
→ Set up and manage: Carrd landing page, Typeform waitlist, Make.com automations
Growth Operations & Intelligence (30%)
→ Maintain and operate the 50+ page Notion GTM workspace daily
→ Run competitor monitoring (Coraly.ai, onOffice, Propstack, new PropTech funding)
→ Design and run 1-2 week growth experiments: test channels, messaging, timing
→ Deliver the weekly commercial KPI dashboard every Monday
✅ What You Bring
Must-Have:
→ 3-5 years in growth marketing, demand gen, B2B SaaS acquisition, or startup GTM execution
→ Track record of owning a pipeline number – not just running campaigns
→ Strong written English (daily working language)
→ Hands-on with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, landing pages, or lead gen funnels
→ Comfortable living inside Notion as your daily operating system
→ Experience with Typeform, MailerLite/Mailchimp, Make.com/Zapier
→ Data-driven: you think in funnels, conversion rates, and weekly experiment cycles
→ Active daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for content & productivity
Nice-to-Have (Massive Bonus!):
→ German language skills (B2+) – the single biggest differentiator for this role
→ B2B SaaS experience selling to SMBs or professionals (agents, consultants, advisors)
→ PropTech, real estate, or European market GTM exposure
→ Design skills (Canva, Figma) for one-pagers & social graphics
→ Experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools

Week 1: Learn the GTM system – read 50+ playbook pages, set up the marketing tech stack, send your first 5 LinkedIn DMs
Week 2: Establish cadences – draft first 3 LinkedIn posts, add 20 prospects to CRM, prep CEO's first discovery calls
Week 3-4: Own the pipeline – 10-15 DMs/week independently, waitlist live, email nurture active, first KPI dashboard delivered
Target: 5+ discovery calls booked | 20+ waitlist signups | 10+ LinkedIn posts drafted
