Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketer at our office in the Greater Bengaluru Area. As a Growth Marketer under "The 360° Engine" at PetAlly, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will include running growth marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, executing growth hacking experiments, and driving lead generation efforts. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our mission to enhance the pet parenting experience.
The Mission: You are the voice of PetAlly. Your goal is to build a brand that resonates with the modern, obsessed pet parent. From the first ad a user sees to the notification that brings them back for a third visit, you own the entire funnel.
What You’ll Do:
- Performance Marketing: Launch and optimize high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, and niche pet communities.
- User Lifecycle: Design retention strategies—email, push notifications, and loyalty loops—to ensure pet parents and partners stay active.
- Brand Building: Create a cohesive, "paws-itive" brand identity that attracts both young pet parents and top-tier service partners.
- Data Analysis: Live in the metrics. Track CAC, LTV, and churn to pivot strategies in real-time.

- A digital native who understands the "young pet parent" demographic.
- A generalist who can write copy, set up a Facebook Pixel, and negotiate a partner deal in the same afternoon.
- Growth-obsessed: You don't just want downloads; you want a community of active users.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with a proven track record of scaling user acquisition and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Experience in Lead Generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct experiments to test innovative growth strategies.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience in the pet care industry or related sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Having a pet is a plus.
