Growth Marketer — Dame Health (Full-time / In-person / Ballygunge, Kolkata)
🚀 We're hiring a Growth Marketer at Dame Health
Dame Health is a fast-growing D2C women's health supplement brand built on a simple belief — women deserve better access to science-backed nutrition and health guidance. We've served 20,000+ customers across India and we're scaling aggressively.
As we grow, we're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Marketer to own our performance marketing function in-house. This is not a support role. You will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across paid and owned channels — with full accountability over strategy, execution, and outcomes.
🎯 What You'll Own
- Performance Marketing — Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google. Own the full funnel from creative briefing to conversion.
- Creative Strategy — Work closely with the creative team to develop ad concepts, test hooks, analyse fatigue signals, and iterate rapidly based on data.
- Analytics & Reporting — Build and maintain performance dashboards. Report on the metrics that actually matter — MER, CAC, net revenue — not just platform vanity metrics.
- Agency Management — Coordinate with our SEO, retention marketing, and web development agencies. Ensure alignment between paid strategy and broader brand goals.
- Channel Expansion — Identify and test new growth levers across Google, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, and marketplaces as the business scales.
- Budget Management — Manage monthly ad spends responsibly. Know when to scale and when to pull back.
✅ You're the Right Fit If You
- Have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing at a D2C brand or at an agency managing D2C clients
- Have independently managed Meta ad campaigns — built campaigns from scratch, not just monitored them
- Understand attribution deeply — you know why Meta ROAS and your actual revenue don't always match, and you know what to do about it
- Think in business metrics — MER, CAC, net revenue — not just CTR and CPM
- Have experience coordinating with or managing external agencies
- Use AI tools daily as a genuine part of your workflow, not as a talking point
- Are analytical, structured, and can communicate performance clearly to founders
- Are hungry to grow with a brand that's scaling fast and rewards ownership
❌ This Role Is Not For You If You
- Have only assisted on campaigns without owning outcomes directly
- Have exclusively worked in B2B, large FMCG, or traditional retail environments
- Rely solely on platform-reported numbers without questioning attribution
- Are looking for a slow-moving, heavily structured corporate setup
- Need significant hand-holding to prioritise or make decisions
