Growth Marketer – Factual Holding Company
Portfolio of Fintech & AI Businesses
Remote (India-based, strong US time zone alignment preferred)
Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month + ESOP plan (Equity) + performance bonus tied directly to revenue and growth targets
Factual Holding Company is a US-based holding company building a portfolio of high-growth fintech and AI companies. We operate with a founder-led, high-intensity, vision-driven mindset focused on disrupting industries through first-principles thinking and relentless execution.
We are looking for a high-ownership Growth Marketer with strong performance & direct response experience to own and scale customer acquisition across our portfolio. This is a true 0-to-100 role where you will take full accountability for distribution strategy, paid ads, creative execution, and hitting aggressive quarterly revenue targets and OKRs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale our distribution playbook (affiliate, whitelisting, paid ads, and performance channels) to bring in high-quality US-based customers.
- Execute paid ads and media buying across Meta, TikTok, Google, and X (Twitter) with clear focus on ROAS and direct response metrics.
- Develop and launch high-performing creative strategies, including launch videos for X and other platforms.
- Build and optimize outreach systems, manage VAs, and run creator/affiliate campaigns.
- Track, test, and continuously improve acquisition channels, creative performance, and overall growth metrics.
- Work hand-in-hand with the founder to align on vision, strategy, and results.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4+ years of proven growth experience with US-based companies (fintech, AI, SaaS, or DTC preferred).
- Strong hands-on performance & direct response experience — including paid ads and media buying (Meta, TikTok, Google, X) with a track record of driving measurable ROAS.
- Clear understanding of creative strategy and producing launch videos for X and other platforms.
- Experience building and scaling outreach systems and affiliate/creator programs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth from scratch (0-100 mindset).
- Deep understanding of the US target audience (performance marketers, DTC brands, digital agencies).
- Obsessed with metrics, experimentation, and full ownership of results.
- High-energy, vision-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with high standards and long hours when needed.
