Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies, implementing innovative growth hacking techniques, analyzing marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize customer acquisition funnels. Responsibilities include running marketing campaigns, managing lead generation initiatives, conducting performance tracking through analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to derive insights and optimize performance
- Proven ability to design and execute Lead Generation campaigns
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
- Relevant certifications or coursework in marketing, analytics, or business is a plus
- Experience in the technology or professional development sectors is an advantage
