Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. Responsibilities include designing and executing growth campaigns, analyzing metrics, identifying new market opportunities, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating with product, sales, and content teams to align goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will also oversee A/B testing, client segmentation, and the development of targeted marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Analytics skills
- Proficiency in Campaign Management and Performance Marketing
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Knowledge of Content Marketing and Customer Retention Tactics
- Proficiency in A/B Testing, Client Segmentation, and Market Research
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of driving significant business growth in a marketing role
