About the Role
We are not looking for a traditional marketer.
We are looking for a Marketing Maverick / Growth Builder who wants to build, not just execute.
This is a co-founder-level opportunity to lead and scale growth for an AI-powered EdTech platform.
About the Product
At Study100on100, we’re building an AI-powered learning ecosystem that helps students:
• Prepare before class
• Master concepts after class
• Practice smarter with structured tests
• Improve using AI-driven feedback
Powered by:
MiniMinds (early learning & DIY activities)
MegaMinds (core academic mastery)
JoyLearn (games, stories & creativity)
Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale growth from 0 → scale
• Create high-impact, viral content (Reels, posts, campaigns)
• Design and optimise marketing funnels
• Run experiments (A/B testing, hooks, creatives, landing pages)
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions
• Position the brand clearly in the EdTech space
Whom We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing/growth/content
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and conversion
• Ability to translate product features into compelling stories
• Understanding of consumer psychology (especially parents)
• High ownership mindset and execution speed
Not a Fit If
• You only “manage social media.”
• You wait for instructions
• You avoid accountability
Compensation & Offer
• ₹1,00,000 per month + Incentive
• Co-founder role
• 10% equity stake
