About Meraki Labs:
Meraki Labs is a startup incubation centre founded by Mukesh Bansal — the builder behind Myntra, Curefit, and Nurix AI. We identify breakthrough ideas across technology, health, commerce, education, and AI, and build them into companies from the ground up.
Our engineering foundation is led by Peeyush Ranjan — formerly VP at Google, VP of Engineering at Airbnb, and CTO at Flipkart — bringing world-class product and technical depth to every venture we back.
Role
- Spot and validate opportunities — Research markets, map white spaces, build hypotheses, and pressure-test them with real data and real conversations.
- Own GTM from day one — Design and execute go-to-market for products still being defined. Positioning, pricing, first customers — the works.
- Get into the field — Talk to customers, partners, and domain experts constantly. Translate what you hear into decisions, not decks.
- Build before there's a team — Write the copy, set up the tools, onboard early users, find first partners. You won't be delegating this.
- Set up how we work — As ventures take shape, build the operating cadence, OKRs, and internal systems that let teams move fast.
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience — MBA from a strong programme paired with consulting, startup growth, or investing. Or a founder with genuine scar tissue. Either works.
- You've worked close to zero. You've been in an early-stage environment and know what it feels like to build without a net — or you've always gravitated toward the ambiguous, undefined problems.
- Technical enough to be dangerous. You don't need to code. But you've engaged seriously with technology — enough to read a system, ask the right questions, and build with no-code tools when speed matters.
- You bias toward action. Your default is to try something, learn, and iterate — not to wait for a brief or sign-off.
- Genuinely curious. About markets, people, and how things work. You read widely, ask good questions, and find the non-obvious angle.
