Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and passionate about delivering high ROAS through strategic planning and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
D2C (Google & Meta Ads):
- Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and CVR across product categories (skincare, haircare, personal care)
- Build retargeting and prospecting funnels to maximize conversions and customer retention
- Work with the content/creative team to conceptualize effective static and video ads
- Analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking
- A/B test creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 Months of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Deep understanding of media buying, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
- Proficiency with platforms/tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and bias for performance optimization
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
