Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth strategies to drive the acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers. Responsibilities include leveraging marketing analytics, devising innovative growth hacks, spearheading lead generation campaigns, and analyzing performance through web analytics tools. The position requires collaboration with teams to craft and deploy data-driven marketing initiatives to deliver impactful results.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the development or use of AI tools for marketing is a plus
