Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced sales professional to join our Mobile App Performance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts within the app performance marketing ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL models, and experience working with advertisers, agencies, and app marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for mobile app performance campaigns (CPI/CPA/CPL/CPS).
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new advertisers, agencies, and direct clients.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize revenue and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and campaign KPIs with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (media buying, account management, tech) to ensure campaign success and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in mobile marketing.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Ensure timely reporting, invoicing coordination, and collections from clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in mobile app performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within advertisers, agencies, or app ecosystems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch is preferred.
