Role Description
The Growth Manager - Sales is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. The individual in this role will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute business growth strategies, and work closely with corporate clients and franchise partners. Responsibilities include generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing partner acquisition pipelines, analyzing sales and market data, and identifying opportunities for expansion. The Growth Manager will also ensure alignment with strategic business objectives while maintaining high-performance governance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and market trend analysis
- Expertise in Business Planning and Sales Operations, with a focus on strategic growth initiatives
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for fostering strong client relationships
- Proven experience in driving sales and executing partner acquisition strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics software, and project management platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Experience in franchise or retail operations is a plus
