Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Growth Manager role based in Gurugram. The Growth Manager for Real Estate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and developing strategic partnerships within the real estate industry. The role involves overseeing property management operations, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The Growth Manager will also be expected to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, negotiate leases, and provide market insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Strong understanding of Leases and their terms
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, specifically Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market analysis
- Ability to drive results, collaborate with teams, and build strong client relationships
- Prior experience in managing real estate transactions or brokerage is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
