Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Growth Manager specializing in Performance Marketing. The Growth Manager will strategize, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing performance marketing campaigns, collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and leveraging data-driven strategies to meet KPIs and business goals.
Compensation
Upto 40 LPA + ESOPs at a Series A — meaningful upside for someone joining early and owning the growth engine.
What we are looking for (Mandatory)
1. Atleast 2 years of experience managing budgets of upwards of 5 Lakh/day
2. Should have done acquisition with Meta and Google
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to work with data to derive actionable insights
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and strategies clearly
- Experience in Sales strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in Project Management and handling multiple priorities
- Knowledge and experience in using Analytics tools and methods
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in performance marketing or growth roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
