Role Description
You will be responsible to drive revenue, profitability, and market share across e-commerce platform, social media platforms and website while maintaining ACOS and scaling multi-product online sales in domestic and international marketplaces.
You’ll own aabo’s digital shelf — optimizing listings, improving conversions, managing ad campaigns, and enhancing customer experience. You will drive online D2C business strategy and execution for aabo's innovative digital health solutions, leading the sales team to achieve targets and expand market presence. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with company goals. The Sales Head will also oversee sales forecasting, develop strategies for market penetration, and ensure the performance metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Own revenue, GMV, contribution margin and sell-through targets
• Scale sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Croma, D2C website and international marketplaces
• Plan and optimize ads with focus on ACOS, ROAS and TACOS
• Manage catalog, content, keyword strategy and conversion optimization
• Map competition – pricing, visibility, keyword share and reviews
• Build counter strategies for ranking and sales dominance
• Demand planning and inventory efficiency
• Drive ratings, reviews and customer experience metrics
• Own sale events, product launches and growth calendar
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory management and order fulfillment.

Required Experience
• 4–6 years in E-commerce Growth / Marketplace Sales
• Proven track record of scaling revenue with controlled ACOS
• Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart and D2C performance marketing
• Strong data-driven and P&L mindset
