Role Description
Please Note: This is not a typical marketing role.
This is not just content, ads, or social media.
This is about making sure growth actually happens, every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Running outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Managing basic ad campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta)
- Working with designers on posts, decks, and case studies
- Maintaining CRM and ensuring follow-ups are not missed
- Supporting campaigns and improving how we execute
- Tracking what’s working and what’s not
You will help turn plans into consistent execution.
What this role feels like
Some days you’re:
- sending outreach
- writing messages
- updating CRM
- coordinating with a designer
- reviewing campaign performance
It’s hands-on and execution-heavy.
Who this is for
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in technology or SaaS-related industries is an advantage
- Strong Analytical and Analytics skills to derive meaningful insights and drive data-driven decisions
What really matters
- You’ve worked on outreach, campaigns, CRM, or content
- You’ve seen how leads are generated and managed
- You’ve worked in a startup, small team, or agency
This is not for you if
- You’ve only worked in large corporate marketing roles
- You’ve only handled one narrow function
- You prefer structured roles with fixed playbooks
