* Identify, connect, and onboard vendors across the US, EU & India
* Build and scale an international B2B partnership and sales pipeline
* Own the complete outreach cycle: prospecting, relationship building, negotiations, and closures
* Execute digital marketing activities including LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, social media campaigns, lead nurturing, and online brand-building initiatives
* Support vendor acquisition campaigns through outbound and inbound marketing efforts
* Work closely with founders and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
* Perform market research, lead generation, and data mining to identify growth opportunities
* Build long-term relationships with vendors, companies, and strategic partners globally

* 2โ7 years of experience in B2B sales, growth, business development, and marketing
* Experience in HRTech, FinTech, SaaS, staffing, vendor marketplaces, or workforce platforms is a strong plus
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, lead generation, and digital marketing activities
* Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and data mining abilities
* Proven ability to generate leads and close international partnerships
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and excited to build from the ground up
* Preferred: Candidates based in Delhi NCR
