Growth Manager (CSR & Social Sector Partnerships)
Location: Jaipur
Job Summary:
We are looking for a relationship-driven Growth Manager who will represent Codevidhya's face to the CSR and social impact ecosystem. The role owns CSR liaisoning end to end, from building trusted relationships with corporates, foundations and government stakeholders to converting them into long-term, multi-year partnerships that scale our K-12 education and digital literacy programmes across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
CSR Liaisoning & Stakeholder Relations
- Ecosystem Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for CSR Heads, Foundation Trustees, Directors and Programme Heads; build and nurture a strong, trust-based network across corporates and NGOs.
- Government Liaison: Develop relationships with education departments and government stakeholders in target states to understand priorities and unlock large-scale partnership opportunities; coordinate with internal teams on government-led initiatives.
- Representation: Represent Codevidhya at CSR forums, conclaves and sector events; bring back field intelligence on donor priorities and sector trends.
Growth & Partner Acquisition
- Prospecting: Research, identify and qualify CSR funders and foundations whose mandates align with company vision.
- Pipeline Ownership: Build and manage a structured fundraising pipeline in a CRM, covering outreach, proposal, negotiation, closure and renewal, to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- RFPs, Government Tenders & Grants: Monitor and respond to education-sector RFPs, tenders and grant programmes from bilateral, multilateral and private philanthropic sources.
- Proposals & Closure: Draft tailored proposals, grant applications and pitch decks linking our impact model to each partner's mandate; lead negotiations and finalise MoUs and agreements.
Partner Lifecycle & Account Growth
- Retention & Expansion: Drive post-closure engagement to expand programmes and secure multi-year renewals.
- Impact Reporting: Track usage data, learning outcomes and programme KPIs; deliver timely, impact-focused reports and presentations to partners.
- Compliance & Due Diligence: Facilitate partner due diligence and keep compliance documents, audit reports and fund utilisation records current.
- Coordination & Visibility: Work with programme teams on large-scale implementations, and with Marketing on impact stories and thought-leadership content.
Major focus areas: New CSR partnerships and funds raised against target, pipeline conversion, partner renewal and expansion, strengthen the CSR and government network, and timely and accurate partner reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's in Social Work, Development Studies, MBA, Mass Communication or related field (preferred); a bachelor's degree with strong fundraising experience will be considered.
- 3+ years in CSR fundraising, CSR liaisoning, institutional BD, NGO partnerships or resource mobilisation, with a proven record of closing CSR partnerships end to end.
- Strong existing network among CSR teams and foundations; excellent communication, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
- Experience with donor fund management, compliance and utilisation reporting.
- Preferred: background in EdTech, an education NGO or a multi-state social sector organisation; exposure to government education initiatives; consulting or data-driven decision-making.
