Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Growth Manager who can drive company growth through client acquisition, revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales strategy, lead generation, client communication, and revenue growth within the digital marketing industry. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Growth:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and potential clients.
- Drive revenue growth by converting prospects into long-term clients.
Sales & Strategy:- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand company's presence and generate revenue.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize growth.
Proposal & Negotiation:- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Market Research:- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
Collaboration:- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution of projects.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and execution teams.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or growth-focused roles.
- Experience in digital marketing industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of agency workflows and client servicing.
