This role is all about P&L growth working closely with internal & external stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end execution for required initiatives.
Role Overview:
- Requires high-ownership, strong comfort with data & a get stuff done attitude - no task too big or small.
- Manage and execute end-to-end initiatives — from BAU reporting to planning new launches.
- Own & optimize campaigns over E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Platforms maintaining balance between profitability and growth
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in generalist roles like product management/founder's office/category.
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA (preferred but not necessary) from tier 1 institutes
- An analytical mindset & love for working with data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with agility.
