Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven growth professional to lead the performance and expansion of digital financial products. This role offers end-to-end ownership of key business metrics, spanning user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies, optimize the full marketing funnel, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Growth Ownership: Own and drive key business metrics including acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue for assigned products.
- Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve top-of-funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, analytics, marketing, and business functions to execute growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring strong alignment on positioning and messaging.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Drive growth planning processes including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and ongoing performance tracking.
- Performance Metrics Management: Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CAC, revenue growth, and engagement using data-driven insights.
- Growth Programs & Campaigns: Design and execute initiatives to increase product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and long-term customer retention.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale acquisition channels and growth programs.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously refine growth strategies and improve performance.
- Customer Insights & Analytics: Analyze user behavior and performance data to inform and enhance growth initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of experience in growth, product growth, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving growth for digital products or services.
- Experience owning or influencing product-level revenue or P&L metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Experience with analytics tools, marketing platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in fintech or digital financial services.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys and lifecycle management.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a hands-on approach.
