Shivansh Consultants is a growing visa and immigration consulting firm based in Ahmedabad. We're looking for a confident, results-driven Growth Manager to join our team and help clients navigate their immigration journey.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Guide clients with accurate, up-to-date visa and immigration information
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa solutions
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed clients
- Maintain CRM records, client data, and daily performance reports
- Coordinate with the operations team post-conversion for smooth onboarding
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
Qualifications
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and/or English
- Confident, presentable, and positive attitude with a sales mindset
- Basic computer proficiency: MS Office, Excel, and email
- Willingness to learn about visa and immigration processes
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups proactively
