Role Description
· Sales – Growth strategy
· Travel to various locations in the assigned territory to monitor and participate in engagement activities which will contribute to growth
· Training activities with the coordination of local Leaders and stores
· Daily connect with leaders to review their activities in stores
· Identify and develop new potential areas for company growth
· Identify potential areas as per company guidelines for opening new stores with the help of the local leaders
· Promote company initiatives, product categories and all-important notifications in the field
· Improve stores in terms of VM, Branding, Zone Flow and Inventory management
· Promote and execute the company guidelines in the field.
Timely submission of reports and field insights
Key Result Areas:
· Drive revenue growth in the assigned Zone with Zonal Manager
· Drive potential leader’s growth.
· Drive and monitor company initiatives and activities in the field.
· Monitor and escalate the issues of depots.
· Ensure timely logging of CRM for field issues.
· Store growth along with Improvements in terms of VM, Branding, Zone Flow and Inventory management.
Timely submission of reports, impacts and planning.
Skills required:
· MS- OFFICE (Excel – PowerPoint)
· Communication skills
Local language proficient
