You’ll be solving for these problem statements:
- Customer Lifecycle Growth & Retention: Drive engagement, retention, and monetization across the user lifecycle with a deep focus on building scalable retention loops and improving lifetime value
- Content-Led Growth & Expansion: Drive the performance marketing & user acquisition charter for new geographies in Europe, scaling high-performing content to drive revenue & user growth
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Move beyond traditional acquisition experiments to test, iterate, and scale initiatives that deepen user engagement, taking inspiration from gaming industry retention models
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with content, product, and analytics teams to design and execute experiments that drive sustainable growth, leveraging insights to inform scalable strategies across diverse genres
- Scaling: Leverage AI-native workflows to automate and personalize lifecycle interventions, enhancing retention and monetization at scale
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in high-scale digital acquisition, specifically mastering Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven ability to break down complex business problems into solvable pieces, leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous campaign and program improvements
- Deep understanding of the digital media and tech startup ecosystems with an awareness of market-specific consumer behaviours
- A product-centric mindset with the ability to navigate high-ambiguity situations and make calculated decisions that align with long-term business goals
