Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

We are a fast-growing technology company developing AI-powered solutions that simplify GST compliance and financial management for businesses through automation and digital tools.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and support the expansion of our enterprise solutions and intelligent automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- 2–6 years of experience in business development or sales roles
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Ability to generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership mindset with high accountability for results
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Understanding of sales strategy development and business relationship management
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized approach to work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to B2C sales and B2B sales or business development activities
- Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, AI, automation, or analytics
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, or client communications
- Internship or academic projects related to sales, marketing, or strategy
