About the Team:

Growth Managers at Ninjacart are responsible for helping our customers (Both Farmers/Sellers and Buyers(Traders)) grow disproportionately by converging multiple capabilities and growth tools. Think of it as the CEO of the customer’s business. You will own Solutioning, execution, Growth and P&L of a project in a specific category / Geography. Your learning will be multi-functional (Sales, Growing supply, Quality innovation, operations, products, demand generation, digitisation of business) and not restricted to one function.

As part of the effort to build the Ninja Mandi businesses and to identify and grow future business leaders, Ninjacart is hiring Growth Managers. This is a coveted project within Ninjacart that gives you a holistic opportunity to work with the best in the industry, learn deeper, and grow faster. The first 2-year stint will be an outside office role divided into 2 projects. Each project is spread over 12 months, where you will have the opportunity to directly face the customer and help them grow their business by figuring out the right solutions & capabilities.


● Note: This is a customer on-site role for the first 2 years. You will be based out of the Supply clusters or customer business location for 80% of your time in the role. Post the first 2 years, you will manage multiple customers and travel across locations with Bangalore as the base subjected to the availability. The First 2 years of experience will help build the foundation for Faster growth in subsequent years

● Travel: This role requires extensive travel and operating out of customer locations for the first 2 years, but it will contribute immensely to your learning experience and shape your future career growth

Responsibilities

● On the customer’s growth end-to-end. You will be responsible for growing the customer's revenue by 3x in the next year

● Pick up a new category/product (in Fruits & Veggies) and build a zero to one for the same - prove the right business model, value proposition and right to win

● Own both the solution and execution parts of the project

● Build additional sales channels for selling produce

● Industry-first innovation on product and quality to build differentiation among customers

● Figure out the blockers for growth, work with multiple stakeholders and solve the same

● Coordination and engagement with various stakeholders inside and outside the organisation

● Bring in all the required capabilities together to ensure the customer is growing faster

● Drive the implementation of new solutions and iterate faster ● Own the Growth and P&L of the project
