Role Description
The Growth Manager will oversee and execute strategies to drive revenue, expand market presence, and boost customer acquisition. Responsibilities include leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities, managing sales initiatives, and collaborating with teams to ensure project success. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration
- Expertise in Sales and fostering client relationships
- Proven ability in Project Management and executing business strategies
- Knowledge of Analytics tools and methods
- Highly organized with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in luxury goods or retail industries is a plus
