We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager who is passionate about product growth, merchant success, and building scalable acquisition strategies. If you have experience growing SaaS products or Shopify Apps and enjoy solving business challenges through data, experimentation, and strategic partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.
Please Note: This position is intended for experienced professionals with 5+ years of relevant experience in Growth, Product Marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce. Candidates with hands-on experience in growing Shopify Apps will be given preference.
Primary Responsibility: Drive high-quality app installations, improve merchant activation, increase user engagement, and contribute to the sustainable growth of our products across Shopify, Shopline, and Wix.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase app installations.
- Optimize App Store listings (ASO) to improve visibility and conversion.
- Build strategic partnerships with Shopify Agencies, Shopify Experts, and ecosystem partners.
- Research merchants and identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute Product-Led Growth (PLG) and content marketing initiatives.
- Monitor installation funnels, activation rates, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct growth experiments, analyze results, and continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and Support teams to improve the overall merchant experience.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Growth, SaaS Growth, or eCommerce Growth.
- Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (experience with Shopify Apps is highly preferred).
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Partnership Marketing, and Merchant Acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing Shopify Apps or SaaS products.
- Experience working with Shopify Partners or Agencies.
- Proven track record of increasing app installations, merchant activation, and user retention.
