Role Description
The Growth Manager will drive strategic initiatives to expand business operations and revenue streams. This full-time, on-site role in Indore/Delhi/Bangalore involves identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing sales strategies, and implementing data-driven projects. Responsibilities also include leveraging analytics to evaluate market trends, creating actionable insights, and optimising business performance. Regular communication and leadership in cross-team projects will be key components of this role.He/She will report directly to the CMO & VP – Sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Data Analytics skills for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to convey insights clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven experience in Sales, including business development, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
- Project Management expertise to plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in a SaaS, loyalty solutions, or service-based organisation is a plus.
- Post Graduate or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth — SaaS, loyalty tech, or enterprise services preferred
