Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Manager, located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies, managing, analyzing key business metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, driving customer acquisition, overseeing lead generation efforts, and fostering a data-driven approach to enhance business development activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business growth strategy, market analysis, and customer acquisition
- Expertise in lead generation
- Competence in data analytics and performance metrics to drive business insights
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
- Experience in the education technology sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms such as CRM software and marketing analytics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
