Roles and Responsibilities
As a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our direct-to-consumer brands on Shopify. You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's presence, increasing customer acquisition, and maximizing revenue through various digital platforms and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in a direct-to-consumer environment.
· Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive D2C growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization across digital channels, including app/web, category, merchandising & pricing.
· Product Management: Shape the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision. Work cross-functionally to bring features to life. Gather user feedback and iterate on product enhancements.
· Drive Customer Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases.
· Optimize Conversion Funnel: Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify opportunities for improving the online customer journey and optimizing conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
· Analyze Performance and KPIs: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer lifetime value. Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
· Collaborate with Creative and Content Teams: Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets and messaging that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
· Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in D2C marketing and e-commerce. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and experiment with new growth tactics and technologies.
Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
· Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, e-commerce, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
· Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
