Objectives of this role
· Drive revenue growth by spearheading the expansion of our corporate partnerships, bridging the gap between initial acquisition and long-term success, focusing on client retention, strategic upsells and account expansion.

Responsibilities
· Strategic Account Growth: Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our existing corporate portfolio to maximize Account Value (AV).
· Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to corporate partners, building deep relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
· Pipeline Management: Proactively identify new business opportunities through research and networking, maintaining a healthy pipeline of expansion prospects.
· Consultative Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate our unique value proposition and address specific client pain points.
· Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms, expertly handling objections to drive deal closure.
· Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
· Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of health-tech trends and competitor movements to position our solutions effectively in an evolving landscape.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and continuous product improvement.
Job Requirement
· Proven Track Record: Solid experience in B2B sales or account management, with a history of hitting or exceeding ambitious targets.
· Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Startup DNA: Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) and modern sales enablement tools.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
· Consultative Selling: Ability to listen first and solve complex client problems with tailored solutions.
· Customer Advocacy: A passion for ensuring the client’s voice is heard and their goals are met.
· Ownership Mindset: A proactive "get-it-done" attitude with high accountability for results.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" of an account's potential while managing daily execution.
