Growth Manager – Online Sales (Specializing in Pizza & Biryani Brands)
A fast-scaling pizza and biryani brand portfolio is building its core team for NCR markets and is hiring a Growth Manager to lead aggregator-led revenue across Zomato & Swiggy.
Role Overview:Own and scale end-to-end online sales, visibility, and growth across both brands, driving high-volume performance from day one.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead brand setup, positioning, and growth on aggregator platforms for both pizza and biryani formats
- Drive revenue through sharp pricing, offers, and ranking strategies
- Optimize menus, listings, imagery, and conversion funnels
- Execute high-impact campaigns for weekends, occasions, and peak demand windows
- Track performance metrics and aggressively scale order volumes and AOV
- Align closely with kitchen and operations teams for throughput, consistency, and speed
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of hands-on aggregator experience (F&B essential)
- Proven track record of scaling delivery-first brands in Tier-1 cities
- Strong understanding of both high-frequency (pizza) and high-ticket (biryani) ordering behavior
- Deep expertise in Zomato & Swiggy dashboards and growth levers
- Highly data-driven with strong execution bias
- Experience in multi-brand, high-volume setups preferred
