Role Summary
We are looking for an Affiliates Marketing Manager to build, scale, and optimize Neulife’s affiliate growth engine. This role focuses on onboarding high-quality, human affiliates, while ensuring strong activation, retention, and reactivation across our custom-built platform.
This is a growth-first role that blends affiliate management with lifecycle marketing and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and onboard high-quality, brand-aligned affiliates
- Build a strong pipeline of trainers, coaches, and fitness/nutrition professionals
- Ensure seamless onboarding and platform adoption
Activation & Revenue Generation
- Drive affiliate activation and first-sale conversion
- Enable affiliates with the right content, offers, and product education
- Track and improve affiliate productivity and revenue contribution
Retention & Reactivation
- Design and execute lifecycle strategies to retain active affiliates
- Identify dormant/churned affiliates and drive reactivation campaigns
- Build long-term engagement programs (incentives, communication, recognition)
Growth & Performance Optimization
- Own affiliate-led revenue targets and growth metrics
- Analyze cohort performance, LTV, churn, and activation funnels
- Continuously optimize conversion, engagement, and output per affiliate
Automation & Systems
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to scale affiliate communication
- Build workflows for onboarding, nudges, performance tracking, and reactivation
- Ensure efficient use of Neulife’s custom affiliate platform
Full Time Job
Location - Mumbai - Andheri East
CTC - 8- 12 Lakhs
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate or partner-led revenue channels
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, retention, and cohort analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- High ownership, execution speed, and bias for results
