We are seeking a Growth Manager – Performance Marketing to join our Digital Marketing team at the Head Office in Navi Mumbai (Seawoods). The job holder will have the following key responsibilities to manage:
- Revenue Generation & Growth Strategy: - Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns. Identify opportunities to optimize customer acquisition channels and ensure that marketing initiatives meet or exceed business objectives.
- Campaign Management: - Lead end-to-end campaign management across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. Track and refine campaigns for higher performance and efficiency.
- Performance Analysis: - Analyze key performance metrics across all campaigns, generating actionable insights to enhance conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs, and improve overall ROI.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: - Drive initiatives that attract new customers while also focusing on retaining and engaging existing customers through loyalty programs, personalized communications, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with brand managers, and sales to align marketing strategies with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and overall business goals.
- Budget Ownership & Optimization: - Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns stay within the allocated resources while delivering maximum impact. Regularly report on performance against KPIs and ROI to senior management.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): - Continuously improve the customer journey and user experience across landing pages, email flows, and ad creatives to increase conversion rates.
- Customer Segmentation & Targeting: - Use data to build detailed customer personas and segmentation strategies, enabling hyper-personalized marketing and improving customer targeting.
- Competitive Analysis: - Stay on top of industry trends and competitor strategies, identifying new opportunities to stay ahead of the curve and drive market share
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.)
- 7+ years of experience in Performance marketing is a must, with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar growth marketing role in the e-commerce space.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
- Strong understanding of paid digital channels including, Programmatic, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and proficiency in Excel for budget management, reporting, and data analysis
