Key Responsibilities For RM / SRM (Agency / Retail Channel)

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents (POSP).
  • Drive sales targets through agent network.
  • Train and mentor agents on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
  • Monitor performance and guide agents for improved productivity.
  • Develop strategies to expand the agency channel and increase market share.

For SME Role

  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with business clients and understand their insurance needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the SME segment.
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance and financial products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Address client queries and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in insurance sales / broking / financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of insurance products (life, general, health, commercial).
  • Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Experience in handling agents or SME clients is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
