We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented Growth Manager – Digital Marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-led marketing strategies. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing, funnel optimization, marketing automation, A/B testing, analytics, and SEO coordination.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube, while working closely with sales, product, content, and design teams to improve growth outcomes and ROI.

- 8+ years in growth marketing / digital marketing
- Strong hands-on exposure to paid campaigns
