What is Raaz?

Why are we building Raaz?
Julian Simon’s words that individuals are the ultimate resource with the potential to make any other resource more plentiful have never rang truer than they do today. The rapid decline in fertility rates across the world is a cause of deep disarray to those of us who believe in abundance and human flourishing. It’s even more concerning for India as it risks becoming old before it becomes rich. Building Raaz is our small attempt at reversing that and helping couples have children through innovative reproductive health solutions while upholding individual choice.

Paid Content Strategist
The TL; DR
We need someone who lives and breathes paid media Meta, Google, the works. You'll own ad content strategy, work hand-in-hand with our creative team to ship ads fast and obsess over what's working (and what's not). What You'll Do?
- Own content strategy for paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Partner with the creative team to brief, iterate, and ship ad creatives at speed
- Build and run structured experiments—hooks, formats, copy, audiences and know when to kill or scale
- Dive into performance data daily; spot patterns, flag issues, push winners
- Maintain a testing roadmap and document learnings so we're not reinventing the wheel
- Stay ahead of platform changes, new ad formats, and competitor moves
- Work cross-functionally with growth, brand, and product teams to align messaging
Requirements
What We're Looking For?
- 2–4 years in performance marketing, preferably in a high-volume paid media environment
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks (static, video, UGC, etc.)
- Comfortable with data—you can pull reports, read dashboards, and make decisions from numbers
- Sharp eye for detail: you catch the typo, the wrong CTA, the off-brand frame
- Clear communicator who can brief creatives without a 10-slide deck
- Bonus: experience in D2C, e-commerce, or app-first businesses
