About Novokind

Role overview
Own and scale revenue across marketplaces, while gradually building D2C as a strong second channel. You'll operate like a mini-CEO for the channel, with full P&L ownership, strategic clarity, and the autonomy to move fast.
What you'll own
- Full accountability for growth, profitability, and channel strategy across marketplaces and D2C
- Drive category leadership via pricing, positioning, content, and distribution
- End-to-end P&L management - improving contribution margins through sharp decisions on CAC, pricing, and channel mix
- Lead performance marketing and budget allocation
- Translate data into strategic insights - revenue drivers vs. vanity metrics
- Partner directly with founders on growth strategy, new bets, and long-term channel expansion
- Influence product, packaging, and positioning based on market signals and consumer behaviour
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years in growth, marketplace, or e-commerce roles
- Strong grasp of the Amazon / D2C ecosystem and PPC Ads
- High ownership mindset - comfortable owning numbers, not just execution
- Analytical thinker who translates data into action
- Bias for speed and experimentation over perfection
