Role Description
We are seeking a Growth Lead-Marketplace in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Growth Lead will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to scale marketplace operations, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative strategies. Additional responsibilities include developing and managing sales campaigns, identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, and effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. The candidate will also play a key role in crafting actionable business insights and optimizing results using data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving revenue through marketing and advertising agency partnerships.
2. Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities.
3. Identify emerging industry trends, evolving consumer needs, and high-potential client opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and strategy teams to enhance the Talentrack marketplace based on client feedback and market insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
3. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead initiatives from concept to execution.
5. Strong network across agencies, brands, or creator platforms is a plus.
