About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Lead to own pipeline growth, demand generation, and revenue impact across the funnel.
This is not a coordination role. We’re looking for someone who can build, test, optimize, and scale growth experiments independently. You should be highly execution-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
If you enjoy outbound growth, AI-assisted prospecting, performance marketing, GTM experimentation, and turning insights into scalable growth engines, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness to qualified pipeline generation
- Build and execute inbound and outbound growth campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted outreach channels
- Run rapid growth experiments and optimize conversion across acquisition funnels
- Develop repeatable demand generation and outbound sales playbooks
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth
- Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Improve lead generation workflows using automation, AI tools, and data-driven insights
- Scale high-performing acquisition channels and eliminate underperforming initiatives quickly
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Revenue Growth, or B2B SaaS Marketing
- Proven track record of owning pipeline, lead generation, or revenue targets
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, growth funnels, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Experience running growth experiments and optimizing conversion metrics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
- Experience with AI tools, AI-assisted growth workflows, or SaaS growth automation is a strong plus
