Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role located in Bengaluru South for the position of Growth Lead. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive user growth and engagement. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building partnerships, analyzing market trends, designing scalable growth experiments, and measuring their effectiveness. Collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams, you will identify opportunities to expand PARA’s reach while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will also engage with users, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable improvements to enhance PARA's relevance and usability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and building go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with Data Analytics, tracking KPIs, and utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in building and managing partnerships and collaborating across teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify trends, analyze consumer behavior, and create actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling user acquisition, combining creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with the AI or SaaS space is a strong plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
