This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Growth Lead. The Growth Lead will be responsible for devising and executing growth strategies, driving sales initiatives, managing projects to enhance company performance, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met, preparing growth roadmaps, and analyzing performance metrics to refine approaches effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation
- Exceptional Communication skills for internal collaboration and client engagement
- Experience with Growth Hacking techniques to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Proven Sales acumen to drive revenue growth and acquire new clients
- Effective Project Management abilities to execute and oversee initiatives successfully
- Familiarity with digital platforms and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a bonus
- Prior experience in growth strategy or scaling startups is desirable
