We're Hiring: Growth Lead (Sales, Conversion & Performance Marketing)
At Blithe, we're building a platform that helps people discover experiences and connect through events. As we scale, we're looking for a Growth Lead who can take ownership of revenue growth and help us build a repeatable growth engine.
This is a true player-coach role. You'll lead a team of growth executives while personally driving performance marketing, demand generation, conversion optimization, and ticket sales growth.
We're looking for someone with:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Growth, or Performance Marketing, with experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including audience building, budget management, campaign optimization, and A/B testing (not just agency oversight)
- Proven ownership of revenue or GMV targets with measurable business results
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram growth strategies, and influencer/creator outreach
- Experience in event ticketing, hyperlocal apps, or marketplace platforms (strongly preferred)
- Ability to analyze marketing funnels and draw actionable insights using Meta Business Suite or similar analytics tools
- Based in Bengaluru, with an existing network in the city’s events or creator ecosystem considered a strong advantage
